关于2025-2026学年国际学生奖学金评审通知
Notice on 2025-2026 Annual Review of International Student Scholarship
各位国际学生：
Dear international students,
根据北京来华留学生政府奖学金相关规定，学校将组织2025-2026学年国际学生奖学金评审工作，现将有关事项通知如下：
According to the relevant regulations of the Beijing Government Scholarship for International Students, the university will organize the scholarship evaluation for the 2025-2026 academic year. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
一、奖学金申请资格
1.非中国籍公民，对华友好，身体健康；
2.学习成绩优良；
3.遵守中国法律和校规校纪，品行端正；
4.无违纪、治安处罚及违法犯罪记录；
5.申请人不得同时享受中国各级政府或其它社会组织的奖学金资助（不含各类一次性奖励金）。申请人如有瞒报漏报资助情况的，将被取消奖学金资格，且退回已领取的奖学金。
I. Scholarship Eligibility
1)Non-Chinese citizens, friendly toward China, and in good health;
2)Excellent academic performance;
3)Compliance with Chinese laws and university regulations, with good moral conduct;
4)No record of disciplinary violations, public security penalties, or criminal offenses;
5)Applicants must not be simultaneously receiving scholarship funding from any other Chinese government or non-governmental organizations (excluding one-time awards). Failure to accurately report funding status will result in disqualification and require repayment of any scholarship funds already received.
二、评审基本要求
申请人须遵纪守法、成绩优良、尊重教师、品德高尚、勤奋学习、团结同学、积极参加集体活动；无无故迟到、早退、旷课现象；无未结清欠费（已获批缓缴的除外）。
II. Basic Evaluation Criteria
Applicants must abide by laws and regulations, demonstrate excellent academic performance, respect teachers, uphold high moral standards, study diligently, cooperate with peers, and actively participate in group activities. There should be no instances of unexcused tardiness, early departure, or absenteeism. All tuition and accommodation fees from the previous academic year must be settled (unless an official deferment has been approved).
三、申报材料
1.《开云电竞pg软件国际学生奖学金申请表》
2.在读研究生需提交1封本校导师的推荐信
3.可提供上一学年获奖证明、学术论文、科研作品及其他荣誉情况作为补充申请材料。
上述材料请于2025年9月30日前提交至邮箱：liuxuesheng@bucea.edu.cn。
III. Required Application Materials
1)Application Form for Scholarship;
2)Current postgraduate students need submit one recommendation letter from their supervisor;
3)Additional supporting documents such as award certificates, academic papers, research work, or other honors from the previous academic year may be provided.
All application materials need be submitted via email to liuxuesheng@bucea.edu.cn by September 30, 2025.
四、注意事项
尚未缴纳上学年学费和住宿费的同学请尽快缴纳，否则将有可能影响最终奖学金评定结果。
IV. Notes
Students who have not yet paid tuition and accommodation fees for the previous academic year are urged to do so as soon as possible. Failure to settle outstanding fees may affect the final scholarship evaluation result.
